1 Services

PI Docs provides digital marketing, advertising, and administrative support services for healthcare providers.

Our services may include:

• Marketing campaign creation and management
• Patient acquisition systems
• Communication and outreach support
• Appointment coordination assistance
• CRM and automation tools

2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we aim to deliver high-quality services and results, we do not guarantee:

• Patient retention
• Treatment acceptance
• Revenue outcomes
• Legal or insurance case results

Any performance-based commitments are defined strictly within the client's signed service agreement.

3 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and necessary business information
• Participate in onboarding and communication processes
• Follow recommended best practices for scheduling and patient handling
• Maintain required advertising budgets where applicable

4 Fees & Payments

By purchasing our services, you agree to all fees outlined in your service agreement.

• Fees may include a one-time setup/enrollment fee and ongoing service fees
• Payments may be processed via credit card, ACH, or other approved methods

All payments are for marketing, advertising, and administrative services.

5 Refund Policy

All payments are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

Exceptions may apply only under the conditions outlined in your signed service agreement (Performance Guarantee).

6 Billing & Disputes

Clients agree to contact PI Docs directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a dispute with a financial institution.

We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

7 Term & Termination

Service terms are defined in the client's agreement.

• Initial service periods may apply
• Services may continue on a recurring basis unless canceled

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreement terms.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

8 Intellectual Property

All systems, processes, marketing materials, and internal methodologies provided by PI Docs remain the intellectual property of the Company.

Clients may not:

• Copy
• Resell
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer

any proprietary materials or systems.

9 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public or proprietary information shared during the course of the relationship.

10 Limitation of Liability

PI Docs shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Missed revenue opportunities
• Patient outcomes
• Indirect or consequential damages

11 Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold PI Docs harmless from claims arising from:

• Client business practices
• Patient interactions
• Use of services

12 Compliance Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare-related regulations.

13 Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
